Registration

Participation at MARESEC 2026 is only possible at via online registration on this website. The event will take place from June 24 to 25, 2026, as a face-to-face event at the German Immigration House in Bremerhaven.
The registration website is provided by the DLR framework agreement partner BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co KG.
Registration closes on the June 20th.
We kindly ask you to fill in the fields of the registration form completely and correctly. Once the registration process has been completed, an electronic confirmation of registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent, together with the participant fee invoice to the e-mail address provided by the user.

Conditions of participation

By receiving the registration confirmation, which authorizes you to participate in the event, you declare that you agree to the conditions of participation. If you are registering on behalf of another person, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and conditions and accepts them. By completing the registration form on behalf of another person, you guarantee that you have made the participating person aware of these conditions and that they have accepted these conditions.

Participation in the two-day program (24-25 June 2026)
Coffee breaks and lunch on both event days
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to register for the optional program items if you are interested. All participants book their overnight stays at cost price.
Registration is no longer possible after 20 June, 2026. If it is a special exceptional case, please send an e-mail enquiry to maresec@dlr.de.

Cancellation policy and change of an existing booking

Let us know if you are unable to attend. Please send an email to maresec@dlr.de.
Participants at the MARESEC 2026 have the opportunity to make changes/rebookings after registration if necessary – until 20 June 2026. Please note that changes to an existing booking can only be considered in writing (e-mail to maresec@dlr.de is sufficient).
